Great, this means that the setup of the e-mail list is now complete.

I would like to request you to take a look at and carefully review the notification e-mail that I 
have sent out on this list 

That e-mail will be sent by you to users on the SDNP e-mail system since you are the 
administrator for bokosi1.

Please study the e-mail carefully, make sure you understand what it says so that you can 
answer queries on it from users. At the beginning we expect a lot of queries.

You will need to send at least 3 reminders within the 14 days mentioned in the e-mail.

At the end of the 14 days you will backup the e-mail boxes as we have already practiced. 
Please delete the old backups that you now have to avoid confusion.

You will then delete all users - we still need to develop a script for doing this and I hope we 
can have this fully developed before the end of the 14 days.

You will then restore the active users like ematipwiri, chitsulo, paulos, chipetac, fkasenga, etc

Then you wait for responses from the users who want their accounts restored, one by one.

Please carefully consider the above procedure to make sure you are ready.

Let me know when you are ready and we can start this process.
